They basically take care of all of my wife's needs from bathing to toileting. The people are very caring and generally seem to know what they are doing. We've had a change where the dementia has gotten worse, but they've stayed on top of it. I like how they interact with their clients. One time, they sent an 81 year-old woman out to take care of him. She couldn't do everything that was required.
She is kind, helpful, patient and really cares about my mother. I live out of state, so it is wonderful that I don't have to worry about her.I highly recommend them. The on-site employees were mostly nursing students. I referred to them as angels because they understood and sympathized w/ the patient.

I've been with Care to Stay Home for many years. The office has changed rules without notification to the people it's going to affect. Care to Stay Home took a good caregiver and gave me no notice.
The caregiver can't hear very well and its an effort to get things across. On the days that someone can't come, the office staff comes out themselves instead. Increasingly, the caregivers started to help with more and more things.
